Apex Behavioral Health LLC is an outpatient psychiatric clinic located in Grand Prairie, Texas. We treat children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. The clinic is a private practice of Chris Okereke, PMHNP-BC, and consults with Crystal Okereke, APRN FNP-BC, for the management of medical conditions. Chris is well experienced in his field of practice with over 12 years of experience.
